Won a total judgment in excess of $340,000 after a jury verdict for twin sisters from Ghana, Africa, who were pulled over, held at gunpoint, and arrested by West Sacramento police after the driver failed to use a turn signal when changing lanes. At trial, the federal judge granted our clients’ motion for judgment as a matter of law based on the strength of their claims.
